A leading European direct bank will achieve cost savings of more than €1.5m over three years after choosing a UCC solution from Colt.
The advanced, state-of-the-art solution included an end-to-end IP voice solution for 2,700 seats. Colt also provided hardware, software and CTI integration of its contact centre applications with back-end systems.
Taking a consultancy approach, Colt and its partner Avaya worked with the bank to optimise its communications. Ultimately, this achieved greater efficiency, flexibility and cost savings through collaboration and an upgrade of the bank’s Avaya infrastructure and software.
